CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Preferred). You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

CMA – Certified Medical Assistant

- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Position Summary
The CMA assists the residents in the community with all activities of daily living, and provides personal hygiene care. Additionally, the CMA provides medication administration, nursing assistance, and observes and reports any changes in the resident’s status to the Care Manager or lead CMA.
Essential Functions: General Care
- Administers medication and provides basic nursing duties within the parameters of licensure.
- Review residents’ care plans and provide all required activities of daily living for assigned residents.
- Support residents during mealtimes.
- Monitor and document residents’ inputs, outputs, vitals, weights, behavior, safety and any other changes.
- Transport residents to and from activities and/or appointments.
- Attend in-services and training as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a Certified Medication Aide program in the State of employment.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Physical Working Requirements
- Ability to travel using personal vehicle, including at night.
- Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
- Employee is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

General Description
Licensed Practical Nurses provide clinical services to residents as well as input for services planning for residents. The LPN also recommends Health Care Services goals and assists with their implementation; and supervises, oversees, and coordinates the work of caregivers to meet Residents’ needs.

Requirements
- LPN in the state of Kansas. Must be in good standing with the state registry.
- Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings.
- Ability to be part of a team who shows compassion for others, including co-workers and residents
- CPR Certified

Education & Licenses
- Current license as a LPN, LVN (as required by state guidelines) to include annual continuing education requirements. Diploma
- High school diploma or GED upon hire date or transfer date.
